<div>So not only did Betty X not get to play that night but I was hanging out upstairs backstage with Dick Whiskey and a couple of other friends and I lost my camera bag with my camera, my phone, my ID, my keys, everything! <br/> <br/>I've been focusing purely on the Law of Attraction since then, sending whoever has those items extra positive Mojo. It's been really hard not to beat myself up for losing them, but I've given up on the whole shame thing, a life lesson I've chosen to check off the list. Kicking yourself never makes you walk any faster, right? <br/> <br/>Anyways, I've convinced myself that someone grabbed it by mistake and just hasn't gotten around to returning it to the Art Center yet (or the address on my ID). <br/> <br/>SO here I am putting it out to the Universe that I would be so extra grateful to have these returned, mainly because the few pictures I have been able to take with it (between errror messages, ITS DEFECTIVE) are irreplaceable. <div>was so much fun! never been there before, and was pleasantly surprised.. the people there were fun, pitchers AND pinball!! that's my shit man! <br/>MKIO was great, i love me some screamin' female vocals especially to driving music.. and she would switch between singing and screaming with ease.. <br/>only flesh was crazy, man! with a cool looking band, i expected some actual body modification on stage, but i guess the venue was so small that they decided not to.. they still rocked tho.. <br/>and alas at the end of the night, BETTY and her guys fuckin blew the doors off, despite some minor tech difficulties in the beginning during 'human disease', they actually managed to start some agro in the crowd.. not always a cool thing, but the energy was high that night, and people were being cool about it.. sporting a "sausage friendly" t-shirt smeared with blood (or was it blood sausage?) she wore that shirt with the 'fuck you ' attitude i love the most! amber from go like hell joined the stage for some sexy romping with betty during 'wish'.. tho they only played a few songs, it was still enough to fill my BETTY fix.. <br/>ugh, i should pace myself more with the drinks! </div> <div> posted in <a href="http://BETTYX.tribe.net">BETTY X</a> - 1 reply </div>
